Bill Malbrough, of McDonough, examined a painting by Stockbridge artist, Barbara Frazier, which contains the names of victims from the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Thirty-seven of Frazier’s paintings will be on display, Sunday, at Locust Grove City Hall.
