Former Clayton County police Chief Jeff Turner campaigns Tuesday outside of Suder Elementary School in Jonesboro. Turner won the Clayton County Board of Commissioners chairman’s seat by defeating incumbent Chairman Eldrin Bell in a landslide run-off victory.
