Bishop Donald E. Battle of Divine Faith Ministries presided over a ceremony and luncheon to celebrate Clayton County Board of Commissioners Chairman Eldrin Bell’s service to the county.
Clayton State President Dr. Thomas Hynes and Gwen Battle (both seated) were also on hand for the luncheon.
