Jessica and Mike McLeod flashed smiles, Thursday, as they were leaving the Georgia Department of Driver Services Locust Grove office. They arrived at the DDS office at 9:31 a.m., and finished around 11:30 a.m. The couple said they did not mind the two-hour wait time to obtain their licenses.

The recent additional requirements for getting or renewing Georgia driver’s license has led to longer wait times at local Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) offices.
