Shining Light Ministries board member Debbie Swanson was joined by her husband and Locust Grove Assistant Police Chief Ken Swanson on Saturday, for the “Cruisin’ for a Cause Motorcycle Ride to benefit Shining Light Ministries In Memory of Brittany [Sparks].” Sparks was Debbie Swanson’s daughter.
