Incoming Morrow Police Chief Christopher Leighty (right) has worked with city leaders to get Capt. Greg Tatroe (left) into the FBI National Academy. Tatroe is being sent to the academy, as thanks for serving as the city’s interim police chief after former Chief Jeff Baker resigned last November.
