The Clayton County Board of Commissioners issued a proclamation Tuesday to former Forest Park Mayor Corine Deyton (third from left), in honor of her 17 years of leadership in the city. In the declaration, the commission proclaimed Tuesday to be "Corine Deyton Day" in the county.
