Caribbean-Americans across the nation have officially celebrated National Caribbean-American Heritage Month since June 2006. The president encourages citizens to celebrate the history and culture of Caribbean-Americans with ceremonies and activities. The state of Georgia is doing that by recognizing their contributions to the state. (L-r) State Rep.
