Lunchman 1 year, 7 months ago on Collar sends abused dog to hospital

If the collar was so embedded why did it take a week for this person to bring the dog in?

Lunchman 1 year, 7 months ago on Starr ousted in structural shakeup of county government

I hope that one of the departments that is being audited is the Board of Education, School Nutrition and maintenance. They need to go back a few years and do a complete look. Also ask why people were hired in certain jobs, then sent to school to gain their qualifications.

Lunchman 1 year, 8 months ago on Clayton reacts to school shooting

Then why was I told by a SRO that she was not concern about the alarm not being turned on becasue of construction around the building...alarms and doors left open are almost the norm at the school I work at.

Lunchman 1 year, 8 months ago on Hill takes oath of office for second time

Can't wait to see who will be the new sheriff. It is hard to understand how this man has buffaloed so many people into placing him back in control. I can almost see it if he had two or three counts against him. But over thirty! What a shame for Clayton County.

Lunchman 1 year, 8 months ago on Teske to testify before U.S. Senate

I have known Judge Teske and his family for over 20 years, I have never know him to do things half way, without looking at all sides of a concern before acting and yes Robert a pretty smart guy. He has a way of looking through people "bull" and get to the heart of the matter. Throwing juveniles in the court system is not always the answer: not all juveniles make good choices especially around peers. My understanding of Judge Teske's approach is to "treat" the whole family. I have never been a support of zero tolerance in our school system because it does not teach anything except show how it makes it easier for the school system to not deal with the problem just get rid of it.

Lunchman 1 year, 9 months ago on Obama wins Clayton in a landslide

Most of the incumbants won. To all Clayton County voters - don't complain when your schools go broke, when your guns are taken from you, when the schools lose accreditation, when your homes are worthless, when your tax assessment is higher than your house payment. Just don't compalin.

Lunchman 1 year, 9 months ago on Hill defense loses bid to dismiss state’s appeal

Why would anyone vote for a person who has cost the county almost seven million dollars? How can this man afford all the campaign posters, TV ads and other expenses when he still owes money to his lost law suits to Mr. Tuggle? How can this man actually show himself in this county after giving it a black eye? Just like the time I first met him, he is having someone else speak for him. There are also many other questions. One is, what ever happened to all that extra equipment that he said the former sheriff illegally purchased?
Whenever there are this many questions about this much money, something is not right. Yet over 12,000 people in this county were dupped by this man's sweet talking and vain and empty promises.

Lunchman 1 year, 9 months ago on Clayton Schools’ HR department under scrutiny

The HR department was hand picked and ran by the former leader. Now that the head has been cut off, the rest is having a problem. Funds from several areas have been mishandled and used for the wrong reason. When it takes HR two weeks to decide about a hew hire, or about moving people around, it just shows how inept they are. Special Education money was misused. USDA funds for the school nutrition department is missing. There should be an audit of all areas - and soon.
