Let me state that I am not a Victor Hill supporter. With that said, how in the world does the Clayton News Daily expect to be taken seriously when you continuously allow this "clown", Oscar Knight to disrespect the elected sheriff and the majority of the citizens of our county? This is why he was elected in the first place. There seems to be an "old" guard in ClayCo that want us to return to the past. As an 18 year resident of the county that has lived in an apartment on Riverdale Rd and has been living for 16 of those years in Fairfield Subdiv, I know that there are two different ClayCos. One from Lake Jodeco west to Tara Blvd, and another from Tara Blvd continuing west to Old Nat'l. Until all the citizens of the county come together this war will persist. In the meantime, I'm tired of having to drive 40 mins each way to my chidren's school, drive to Whole Foods, and shop for all my needs and services outside of Clayton County, and to top it off my house is worth only a fraction of what it was when I purchased in 96... With all that said, I'm taking Garland's lead; and taking it to another level. North Fulton, here I come!
We'd be better off if they were all gone, and we had no representation at all!
As a 57 yr old African American, I grew up with the Beatles, as well as many other groups, so don't get me wrong. The demographics of Clayton County does not support this...especially a knock-off. Where's the money coming from to sponsor this event?
Victor Hill is a short man with an obvious Napoleonic complex. The fact he felt the need to display his name on all the squad cars attest to his pompous, arrogant attitude. How he thinks he has anything to offer Clayton County, other than further embarrassment is mind boggling. Why anyone would even consider him for re-election attest to the ignorance of many in the county.
