I hope the taxpayers will NOT pass this tax that will never go away.Money to build this rail line is just the beginning. The taxpayers will have to fund it from now on.It will not support it's self.The bus line does NOT need to be here either.If you want to ride the bus or train move to Atlanta or New York.
