StrongEmphasisGood Garland Watkins. I would vote for you and your policies if I still lived in Clayton County. I began working with Garland, years ago at the old Jail in Lovejoy. Always thought of him as honest and a good deputy, on the side of the law.
*Emphasis*StrongI am sort of at a lost as to what to say. some parts were funny and entertaining. Yep, this country needs a good laugh. Have seen this done in Atlanta by regular PD officers years past. Some of the movements were a little odd...but I feel they had good motives.
Strong*Iam absolutely appalled at this hideous suggestion to spend tax payers money for some dedication and memorial for someone, who no one knows..talk about reverse "racisim" this is 100% that....come on Clayton County, get on your big pants and bring that County back to reality. Let these party goers spend their own money as we have to do when we take a trip. A MEMORIAL...this is sickening. I was raised in Clayton Co. and now hate that place.
