We had been serving the company for the whole year but were reject to get what we were entitled. We could never imagine that such a big company like Ecolab would have done those disgusting things to their former employee!! Or does it only happen in China? Their tactic was to deny the physical existence of the year-end bonus distribution announcement in front of the labor arbitration court, which was extremely contemptible and looked like a rascal. Is Ecolab a corporate with so-called social responsibility or a company of bully? Had you ever considered the influence of public opinion or showed any respect when you act so negatively upon our requests? Is this how you build up the confidence among your employee, with your mean and despicable culture? Are you treating us as cheap and stupid slaves and enlarging your business by bilking your employee?! SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I have never worked for a fortune 500 company as bad and unethical as this one. HR just sits on their ass when you call to complain about harrassment, discrimination, or a lack of promotions to minorities and women. Ecolab only meets their eeoc quotas and that is it. They are horrible to work for the chemicals are over priced and alot of times they on work right in a perfect world scenario which rarely happens in the industry. They do not respect their employees and could careless if they offer a competitive wage to work life balance. There were some weeks were I would get zero sleep lots of overnight demos and then you are required to work your regular shift after that. Ecolab purchased and Australian chemical company and promised all employees that nothing would change. Now 12 months later 85% of them have been made redundant and you can guess what type of person survived. Did the with the last Aussie company they purchased and will do the same with the next. poor buggers left working there. The managements mentallity is something not usually seen in companies in Australia - no integrity, no honesty and no loyalty . The basis of every humane and sucessful company. They can buy growth but they cant compete with a sucessful and ethical competitor. These are others that have had issues. Its not over.
