John in CA (Unknown) It is not about the person, the indivudual, or family first etc; it is all sell, sell, sell, what have you sold latley is the theme, should be hows the family but nope your a number no life, no more Wife due all the hours 24/7 hours mainly. They say they care but they do not. I'm trying to hang in there but I may quit as soon as I find something else. Maybe Walmart would be better or selling cars. But I am 57 now so I do not know, all I know is that Ecolab sucks. Can't wait to retire.
