I was a former Supervisor at Martinsburg DC. This place is a joke, management is allowed to treat Supervisors/employees anyway they want. They have people with no DC experience in management making decisions and HR backs them on it when they dont know their $$$ from a hole in the ground. Dont even think about going to Corporate to complain because they dont care either. Myself and another employee have a lawsuit against the big ECO right now. Harassment and discrimination are very serious with our labor law standards. I cant wait to see them pay!! I hope our actions will make it better for anyone who is brain dead enough to accept a position in the future. The people who are happy with the Company are the little pets who run to HR and tattle on everyone when they sneeze. If you are not in the click with K.D. you are doomed. Glad to here theirs someone else out here besides me and what I'm standing for to put a stop to Corporate greed against Union support. I lost my job at 600 not so much because of a snitching associate running telling Penny Jones about the Oct 13, 2011 incident that I was later accused of threatening & intimidating someone, but because of my union involvement with Lionel Ramirez now a supervisor and the fact the associate I was accused of with this crime was and is Penny Jones's next of kin. I'm not gonna stop my ads here, and Larson can continue sending his threats against me wiith his Legal team. I've done nothing wrong Larson. Oh another thing Quigley stop sending current associates/ managers by my home during the day and night. Don't push it Quigley! You've done enough to my family with this termination

I can believe there are lots of companies out there just like Ecolab, destroying the lives of hard working everyday America's. Ecolab and others like them must be stop and obey the laws provided.
