Plant Manager and Saint Paul Mn Corp office are using minorities as reverse racist targets to seek and destroy one another as punishment from a stemming wrongful termination back on Oct 24,2011 with a union organizer associate. Director Carla Smith of Saint Paul and Mcdonough 600 Manager Jerry Quigley are and have created inside positions aim to destroy blacks and their integrities to create an all white facility base on whistleblowers currently employed at Mcdonough 600. Jerry Quigley known for his racist tobacco chewing ways has turn Mcdonough 600 into a frenzy coop. Quigley also known for getting things done no matter what the cost and with an attitude, has been guilty of threatening current blacks in supervision positions for as he put it as disobeying the master! Current hourlys mainly minorities are fearful of losing their jobs and wish now they had of voted yes for the teamsters union offer back in late 2011 to have that third voice for some closure. Now months after terminating The Union Organizer, Ecolab allows Quigley to attack hourlys with cruel and character burning ways. Some blacks in supervision are currently secretly gathering among themselves looking for a way of escape from the plantation inwhich they're being held as housemen and women. Quigley vows to keep order at Mcdonough 600 and says I'm here because " I got a reputation for getting the job done with pride, passion and a We Can Do It Attitude. No matter what Union comes my way " and these boys and girls will respect me or end up like 10-24-11 PER
