Wrongful Termination:Ecolab Mcdonough Dishonest to hourly's

Jerry Quigley Ecolab Mcdonough Plant 600 Plant Manager along with Penny Jones Human Resource Rep and Carla Smith Corporate Human Resource Rep have all violated my rights and have wrongfully violated their own company handbook policies.Ecolab states that "We prefer promotion from within and support active programs of training and self development that complement the corporation's philosophies and objectives. We want and will encourage people to go the extra mile, work the added hour,and make the additional call. Above all, we want associates who accept responsibility and accountability for their own growth, behavior and performance." Yeah they say all these things but never honour the hourly men and women who bust their butts everyday. Penny Jones of The Mcdonough Plant has shown favoritism in several incidents when it comes to the made up Last Chance Return to Work Agreement program that Ecolab uses in their company handbook. Jones has been given permission from Corporate (HR) Carla Smith to use the company handbook as she see's fit too. Jones has gave a couple of associates who are on the Last Chance Return to Work program numerous changes. One associate who has been suspended at list once if not twice or more, has been given as many as (3) Last Chances from what the associate personally told me that all accured in 2011. In 2009 two other associates who had an altercation in the companys breakroom, where racial slurs were use and unfair practices were use as a result, also were given second chances. One associate in that incident was on a Last Chance Return to Work also and like what happen to me was not suspended or terminated and play a part in the altercation. The aggresser in that incident was suspended for a few days only to return to work and create drama in the plant. And the associate had a couple of performance violations with other co-workers such as arguments and job expectations, such as large spills through out the work area where the associate works. This same associate who had the altercation in the breakroom was suspended a second time for another incident for days only to return again, and currently by mouth told me that he or she was given another chance by Jones in this incident. The 2011 asssociate who was given numerous Last Chance Return to Work chances, was place on the companies made up Peer Review where an associate can be tried and judged by other hand pick associates and Managers. The alleged associate told (me) in all of he or she's Peer Reviews again each time, was place on another Last Chance Return to Work. Thats a Last Chance Return to Work on at least three disciplinaries. Listen and listen good Ecolab. " I wanted a Union in your Plant I never denied it. I wanted a third party. I wanted growth for me and my fellow man. I did nothing wrong on that Oct 13,2011 night where I was minutes from clocking out for the day. Jerry Quigley,Penny Jones and Carla Smith knew of my Union involvement for most of 2011. Lets make up some lies, lets use this mysterous witness who claims he or she witness an altercation that Oct 13,2011. And you Penny Jones ran with,suspended me because allegedly this is your nephew who should'nt be working at Ecolab according to company policy. And terminated me because I was on a spiteful Last Chance Return to Work in March of 2011. Now you Penny Jones and Jerry Quigley are threatening your nephew,Jones to show text messages and voice recordings that I made to your nephew Jones. You may want to read those messages good Penny Jones. I will have justice for this wrongful termination Ecolab. And you may want to ask Lionel Ramirez why would I call him the liar he is. And the voice message to Ford is true, he is a lousy supervisor letting all of this happen back in March of 2011 from the start. I was trying to protect your nephew that day on Oct 14,2011 Penny Jones your nephew who used vulgarity & profanity against me during that setup meeting we all had in Scotts Wendall's office that day.Your nephew Penny Jones who you cover for time after time day after day. Who didnt get suspended for all the profanity he used that Oct 13, 2011 night. Where on that Oct 14,2011 day in that meeting according to the company handbook "If the associate does not feel comfortable discussing the conduct with his/her manager, or the manager is unavailable (meaning you Jones), the associate should consult his/her Human Resources contact. (Carla Smith) I didnt trust discussing this with you Jones, so out of frustration Jones, you suspended me Jones. You Jerry Quigley who allowed this and Carla Smith who I explained what happen that Oct 13, 2011 night, did'nt care at all. Lets send him a made up Separation Letter saying he's being terminated for Intimidating and Threatening Jones's nephew. I guess all the witnesses who gave statements on my behalf did'nt matter huh Carla? Who personally gave me my own statements huh Jerry? My four statements vs your (1) witness huh Penny? Your three statements clearly saying I did not do anyything to your nephew Jones. This goes deep too. Like Penny Jones inappropriate kissing with one of the witnesses in my defense. Using sexual hugs and touching. Other associates have seen this for months. And Jones contiues to do this to this day since my departure. I want my Job back and everything you Jerry/Penny/Carla have stolen from me! My Issue isn't with the fine teachers who we have to teach and support our kids, love ones everyday five days out of the week. Making sure that they have the learning skills that some of us as parents were not able to get when growning up. My issues are ...
