Suspicious hiring at Ecolab Plant

Ecolab Mcdonough Plant 600 continue's to discriminate with unlawful acts. Corporate Human Resource Rep Carla Smith and Mcdonough (HR) Penny Jones have use unfair hiring techinques in the pass few days just as one might have of thought they would have done. Months before the wrongful termination in October 2011, Jerry Quigley was suspected in countering up some sort of hiring plot to bring on a contractor(s). But not of color......... Quigley along with Jones have unwillingly over look minority contractors because of small misdemeanor offenses, only to mysteriously bring on (hire) Quigleys favorite son. This was part of Quigley and Jones and possilbly one other managers scheme since the begining of the (wrongful terminated associate union involvement ). Race is and was being use months ago with this charade of thoughts conspired by all involved. Jerry Quigley, Carla Smith, and Penny Jones and one other Manager have brought on a contractor of non-color to and have had this all plan from the begining. Its against the law to discriminate Ecolab Mcdonough! And your unfair practices will not go unnoticed. Protectect characteristic is playing a very large part here Ecolab. At Will has its limits, keep at mind Ecolab, they're laws for your wrong doing. And justice will be served
