BID NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Clayton County, Georgia will receive sealed bids for ITB #21-42 Tools and Hardware Annual Contract for Clayton County, Georgia electronically via our new eBids Vendor Self Service Portal located at https://selfservice. claytoncountyga.gov/MSS/Vendors/default.aspx until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at which time the names of the responding firms will be publicly opened and read. Late bids will not be accepted. The deadline to submit questions for this ITB is Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum issued via Vendor Self Service Portal at https://selfservice. claytoncountyga.gov/MSS/Vendors/VBids/Default.aspx by on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Bid Documents and addenda issued may be obtained by viewing the Clayton County eBid Vendor Self Service Portal website at https://selfservice.claytoncountyga.gov/MSS/Vendors/default.aspx. All bid responses must be submitted electronically. Clayton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technicalities or informalities.
