Ortiz dated, June 10, 2011 and recorded in Deed Book 09969 Page 011, CLAYTON County, Georgia records; conveying the after-described property to secure a note in the original principal amount of $54,900.00 with interest at the rate specified therein, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Security Deed, the holder of said promissory note and security deed will on the first Tuesday, November 5, 2019 during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in Clayton County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit: All that tract of parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 54 of the 12th District of Clayton County, Georgia, being Lot 5, Block D, Old South, Unit Three, as per plat of same recorded at Plat Book 15, Page 264, Clayton County, Georgia records, Being the same property conveyed to James W. Filson, Jr. and Karen W. Filson by deed from Diane Lacharite recorded 9/6/88 in deed book 1495 page 476, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior court of Clayton County, Georgia. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due an in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
