STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF CLAYTON NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by William Moreland and Paula Moreland to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Nations Lending Corporation, its successors and assigns dated April 19, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 10329, Page 3, Clayton County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Siwell Inc.
