Morris and Merwyn Morris to Union Planters Bank, National Association, dated 10/23/2003, recorded 11/26/2003 in Deed Book 7108, Page 94, Clayton County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($94,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Clayton County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July 2019 by Regions Bank s/b/m Union Planters Bank, N.A. s/b/m Union Planters Mortgage, Inc. f/k/a Union Planters PMAC, Inc., as Attorney in Fact for Donna L.
