Notice of the initiation of this proceeding has been given to SOAR VENTURES, LLC, as required by Georgia Laws 1981, p. 834 (O.C.G.A. Section 44-14-162.1 et. seq.). This property is being sold as the property of SOAR VENTURES, LLC subject to unpaid ad valorem taxes.
