Wright and Ellen Wright to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") as nominee for First Franklin, a division of National City Bank, dated August 31, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 8838, Page 2, Clayton County, Georgia records, as last transferred to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF15 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF15 by Assignment filed for record in Deed Book 9398, Page 270, Clayton County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $149,920.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Clayton County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2019, to wit: August 6, 2019, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 181 of the 13th District, Clayton County, Georgia being Lot 48, Providence Place, as per plat recorded at Plat Book 36, Pages 172 and 173, Clayton County, Georgia Records, to which reference is made for the purprose of incorporating the same as a part herein. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Deed to Secure Debt and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). Said property is commonly known as 7313 Cobblestone Court, Riverdale, GA 30274, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property.
