By Order of the Superior Court of Clayton County for service by publication dated January 25, 2021, you are hereby notified that on October 28, 2020, WillyB Enterprises LLC filed a petition to quiet title against the subject property known as SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1a Tract of Land in Land Lot 149 of the 13th Land District, Clayton County, Georgia, Lot 1, Block S, Apple Valley, Unit One, Section Four-A, A/K/A 290 Valley Hill Road, A/K/A Tax Map/Parcel 13149C B003, Sandra Saiz a/k/a Sandra Alvarez, Unknown Heirs and Assigns of Sandra Saiz a/k/a Sandra Alvarez, City of Riverdale, Georgia, Ford Motor Credit Company LLC, Beneficial Mortgage Co. of Georgia, Peoples Choice Home Loan, Inc., General Motors Acceptance Corporation, and all other parties, known or unknown, who have or claim any right, title or interest in the subject property. You are required to file with the clerk of the Superior Court, and to serve upon petitioners attorney David A.
