NOTE: Property may be subject to two easements recorded at Deed Book 10407, Page 306 and in Deed Book 190, Page 400, an agreement recorded at Deed Book 552, Page 594, and two right-of-way deeds recorded at Deed Book 349, Page 572 and Deed Book 1345, Page 658. This property is now known as parcel number 13115C C002, 6288 Old Dixie Road, Jonesboro, Georgia.
