LESS AND EXCEPT any property not being part of Tax Parcel 06064B A001. NOTE: This property may be subject to an Easement recorded in Deed Book 5160, Page 135 and a Right of Way Deed recorded in Deed Book 11261, Page 1. This property is now known as parcel number 06064B A001, Tara Blvd., Jonesboro, Georgia. The property to be sold is an Unimproved Lot identified as parcel number 06064B A001 on the tax valuation map located in the Office of the Clayton County Tax Assessors, or as much thereof as will satisfy certain County Tax executions for the year(s) 2018-2019 in the total amount of $10,863.49, plus additional interest and costs of collection levied on the property of NORPALM, LLC.
