Zion Parkway # 924, Jonesboro, Clayton County, GA 30236 Conduct Giving Rise to Forfeiture: On or about January 23, 2020 Donnie Davenport, III and/or Sandra Calloway allegedly was/were in possession of 390 grams of marijuana which was in close proximity to the seized property; and/or the seized property was used or intended to be used in a manner to facilitate a violation of O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30; and/or the seized property is proceeds from a violation of O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30.
