JONESBORO — Clayton County students are readying to return to school on Aug. 5. To help with school supplies, The Douglas Brothers Foundation is hosting its 10th Annual Back-to-School Bash.

The event will be held on Aug. 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lee Street Park in Jonesboro. There will be enough supplies for approximately 600 children.

Brothers Harry Douglas, former Atlanta Falcons player, and Toney Douglas, professional basketball player, will be in attendance to sign autographs. Radio station 92.9 the Game will broadcast live from the event.

Their foundation’s goal is to “educate and empower underprivileged youth and families” and to help them “achieve their life and career goals.”
