The Tigers come into this week looking to remain a dominant threat.

It’s still early in the season, but the showdown brewing this week between Mundy's Mill and Morrow High should be as impressive as it seems. Both programs enter this matchup looking the same as last year in terms of their records.

But this showdown will come down to the wire as the Mustangs is plenty of reason to believe Friday’s game between Morrow and Mundy’s Mill will go a long way toward determining each team’s fate this season.

Mundy’s Mill has the better overall record, but their one loss came at the hands of Lovejoy in Region 4-AAAAAA play. The Tigers can’t afford to fall to 0-2 in region play, making the game a must-win, just like last year.

Morrow, on the other hand is looking for a win and hopes to get another region victory to continue their forward progression.

Four points separated the two teams in 2018.
